Channel Islands, a favorite tourist destination in France
It’s always been the most exciting experience to spend some days in the natural ecstasy of Channel Islands. With extremely beautiful coastlines, attractive harbors and shaded lanes, Channel Islands have many exciting features to keep you spellbound.
Channel Islands- law and order
The Channel Islands were once the part of the France and as a reason of that the islanders still follow some features and cultures of France. But various political changes occurred at different times and now these islands are free islands function under the guidance of two separate Bailiwicks: the Bailiwick of Guernsey formed with some smaller islands Alderney, Sark, and Hern and the Bailiwick of Jersey.

Although Channel Islands are the archipelago of some small islands, Guernsey and Jersey are quite accessible among them and popular for providing best quality sea foods and glorious coastal walks. The islands are now slowly evolving as a popular holiday spot for the visitors and one can get best quality espresso coffee, spa and calm condition ideal for getting some sort of relief in life. Festivals
Battle of flowers: There may exists disparity regarding political ideology, legal values and other issues but both the Bailiwicks celebrate this festival of flower with equal passion and around in the same time of the year. As a tradition of the festival a horse drawn carriage is prepared covered with flowers and a flower is torn off the carriage and thrown it to a lady in the crowd. Flowers were sometimes thrown back and hence Battle was born.
Alderney week: With more than 130 events, this is the annual event of the island and offers entertainment for all sorts of people.
Sark celebration on the Moon: This is the festival where one can get exciting seafood, music, family entertainment and firework starts during noon and lasts till midnight of September 12.
